As I wipe the drip from my chin
Smiling at the taste of delight,
Contemplating days gone by
and how I could make them right,
The past is where it was left
Future on its way,
This present seems quite pleasant here
on A warm sunny day,
Why worry about what cant be changed
Just be concerned about what could be,
For now just enjoy this Popsicle
In paradise by the sea,
It cools my head and soothes my thoughts
Letting a breeze flow through the mind,
Children playing in the sand
Not caring about how to unwind,
Popsicle gone and paradise fades
Leaving just an empty stick,
Happiness came to me this day
Now longing for just one more lick
